Wedding Decor Ideas

My Husband John & I celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary today. What a great reason to share some of the wedding decor items John & I designed and made together for our big day.

I had fun searching the internet for vintage  napkin ring holders and napkins! After I designed our invitation,  John printed the vintage napkins with the 2 images I drew for the invites.

The Table center pieces are made from tree branches from our friends Dan and Gayle’s yard. I bought terra cotta pots from the dollar store & painted a white wash faux finish to each.  Then, transferred a french design to each by printing designs on parchment paper and rubbed a image onto each pot. Last, I put a small layer of pee gravel in the bottom of each pot to secure the branches, then sprayed foam filler in each. The next Day I added moss to tops of each. Also hung glass orbs with succulents in them & candles from the branches.
